In a strategic step reflecting the continued expansion of its development portfolio across Syria, Kayan Holding Group announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aleppo Governorate to develop Aleppo’s Western Ring Road, one of the city’s key urban development projects aimed at revitalizing public spaces and enhancing quality of life.
Under the agreement, Kayan Holding Group will be responsible for implementing investment projects within the first development zone, extending from Lairamon Roundabout to the fire station at the end of Nile Street. The project will follow an integrated development and operational model focused on creating modern recreational spaces that meet the needs of local communities while aligning with emerging urban development trends.
Specialized Engineering Oversight for the Development of Aleppo Western Ring Road
To ensure high standards of quality and execution, Amaria, a Kayan Holding Group company, will oversee the project’s implementation, including construction, urban planning, and design. This approach is intended to ensure the project’s integration with Aleppo’s existing urban fabric while delivering a cohesive vision for the development of public spaces.
