AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Kayan Holding Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

We operate the website www.kayangroupsyria.com as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (“Legal Terms”) collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Kayan Holding Group is a Syrian investment holding company developing and managing projects across telecommunications, infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, tourism, industry, and other strategic sectors in Syria.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Kayan Holding Group concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms.

If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable law.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
