The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development and investment of the Western Ring Road Area – Plot One was officially signed, marking the launch of the project’s foundation phase.
This milestone established the initial implementation framework, coordination mechanisms with relevant governmental entities, and the commencement of technical and administrative preparations required to initiate project execution.
In response to the requirements of the Syrian Investment Authority in Aleppo, Kayan Commercial Holding Group initiated the submission of the required technical and implementation documentation.
This included the preliminary execution timeline, formal readiness for site handover, adoption of a unified daily progress reporting system, and the formal designation of the project’s executive and engineering entities.
