Aleppo Corniche Project Enters a New Phase as Part of a Strategic Urban Development Vision
Kayan Commercial Holding Group has announced the signing of the agreement for the Aleppo Corniche Development and Investment Project, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s urban development and investment strategy in Aleppo.
The project is located along the city’s Western Ring Road, extending from Al-Layramoun Roundabout to the Fire Station at the end of Al-Nile Street, one of Aleppo’s most strategic urban corridors.
The project forms part of Kayan’s long-term vision to revitalize Aleppo’s urban and economic landscape by developing an integrated destination that combines green spaces, family-oriented facilities, recreational and sports amenities, commercial activities, and public services, while supporting sustainable development and preserving the character of the area
