The Olive Branch Telecommunications – Z.D Telekom project represents one of the completed operational projects in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector in Northern Syria, where a modern FTTH fiber optic network was developed to provide stable and high-quality internet services for homes, commercial establishments, and service facilities.
Since 2021, the project has focused on establishing underground and aerial telecommunications infrastructure across Afrin and surrounding districts, supported by specialized engineering teams and advanced equipment to ensure service quality, continuity, and operational efficiency.
The project included rehabilitation and expansion of existing infrastructure, replacement of damaged cables, deployment of new fiber optic networks, and establishment of operational centers and data centers. The network currently serves over 10,800 active users with future scalability exceeding 25,000 users.
