Kayan Holding Group Signs Strategic Agreement with AppTech Systems to Support Digital Transformation in Syria
Kayan Commercial Holding Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AppTech Systems LLC, a company specialized in software solutions and digital development, during its participation in the Syria HiTech Exhibition in Damascus. The signing took place in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Communications and Technology.
This new partnership aims to strengthen Syria’s capabilities in digital transformation and develop advanced technological infrastructure through smart systems, modern applications, and flexible software solutions that align with the Syrian government’s direction toward modernizing public services.

During the signing ceremony, Walid Hindawi, Chairman of Kayan Holding Group, emphasized that the agreement aims to unify the capabilities of both companies and create added value within the digital development sector. He highlighted that strategic alliances have become essential for the successful execution of large-scale technological projects in Syria.
Hindawi stated:
“The purpose of this agreement is to create a qualitative shift in digital transformation by aligning our efforts with AppTech Systems. Most of these projects are technical and software-based, and we are ready to begin implementation as early as the next day.”

For his part, Engineer Wassim Al-Halabi, CEO and CTO of AppTech Systems LLC, explained that the agreement opens the door for the company to apply the latest digital solutions in the Syrian market. This includes developing institutional systems, modern digital platforms, and smart mobile applications such as the new advertising platform “Views Bank”, which aims to be deployed across all Syrian governorates.
Al-Halabi added that Syrian companies must strengthen cooperation among themselves to achieve real technological progress, stressing that local talent is fully capable of delivering large-scale projects without exclusive reliance on foreign companies — while remaining open to beneficial international expertise when needed.
